Acceptance of terms: By using this website or engaging lykUS for a project, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or engage our services.
Services: lykUS provides software design and engineering services, including website and web platform development, AI automation, mobile application development, and related consulting. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any engagement are agreed separately in a written proposal or contract before work begins.
Intellectual property: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. lykUS retains ownership of its own pre-existing tools, frameworks and internal know-how, and may reuse general skills and experience gained on any project.
Client responsibilities: Clients agree to provide timely feedback, content and access necessary to complete a project, and to hold the rights to any materials they supply to us for use in a project.
Payment terms: Payment schedules and terms are set out in the proposal or contract for each engagement. Late payment may result in paused work until accounts are brought current.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during an engagement private, and to use it only for the purposes of that engagement.
Limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by law, lykUS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services, beyond the fees paid for the relevant engagement.
Termination: Either party may terminate an active engagement as set out in the relevant contract, with fees due for work completed up to the termination date.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, India.
Changes to these terms: We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
